The interview process was smooth and professional. It started with an online application, followed by a phone screening, and then one or two virtual or in-person interviews. The interviewers were friendly, asked clear questions, and made the experience feel comfortable and organized.

I was initially excited when CHG reached out for an interview. I was really looking to take my career to the next level and move into account management. Idelim was my recruiter and she seemed to have a great personality. I went through 4 interviews including the pre screening and was excited to be in the final round of interviews only to be ghosted. 4 interviews, time off of work, arrangements with my sitter to ensure my children were away during the interviews, all to be ghosted. I followed up 3 times with no response. A simply call or rejection email would have been great. Especially from a company that claims to have a great work culture. I can’t imagine that after how unorganized the interview process was, nor did I see any diversity or inclusion. I am overall really disappointed.
