i first saw an ad on craigslist.com for a route manager. The description was for a hard working male motivated by money. I gave the owner a call and we had a brief chat on the phone. The phone interview was very simple, the owner really just wanted to get a feel for my background and when we could meet. The face to face interview was more of the same. Not very difficult. The owner is a good guy and very laid back.
