Very slow but positive. The recruiter would give updates on where they were in the process. Most companies don't do this anymore. They gave feedback on why they went with another candidate. The potential did turn them down, but I had started another job.

I started off as a temp and got hired on 1 year later going through a temp agency they usually do all of the paper work for the company. Anthem use the temp agency often
