I answered to a Craigslist post describing the position as an Entry-Level Leader position. However, this was a lie because at the interview, the interviewer told me that everyone starts out as an Insurance Agent with 100% commission. So basically, I was ACTUALLY applying for an Insurance Agent, instead of a management position. He put me through to the next round of the interview process which was a group interview where they were going to elaborate on the compensation package.... no thanks. I told the front desk lady the situation and that I was leaving because the job posting was basically misleading. Highly disappointed in this branch. If I wanted to be an insurance agent, then I would have applied to that position.
