There is no HR so they use recruiters, first phone interview with recruiters then with management and hiring manager. The face to face interview usually happens within few days like the next day or the day after. Was notified I got the job by end of day after the interview.

They had a technical question for me to resolve but the questions were purely knowledge question to test if you know your stuff that you state.
