Brian McKay, Store Manager of Wild Fork Paramus, recently led a cooking demonstration at Juniper Village—an assisted living and memory support community in Bergen County, NJ. As a business unit of JBS USA, we participate in the #Leadership Fundamentals Program, a program intended to create a more engaged workforce and foster a unified company culture. The program is held quarterly through virtual sessions and wraps up with in-person training and graduation in Greeley, Colorado.
