Our amazing team members Eleanor Whitehouse and Abigail Walker were finalists at the British Recruitment Awards, and whilst they didn't take home the trophy this time, being recognised at this level is definitely something to celebrate. Both awards recognise people who've made real impact in how organisations attract and support their teams. For Eleanor and Abi, that's meant building a recruitment approach that's honest about care work, supportive from day one, and focused on finding people who genuinely want to make a difference. Recruitment in social care is challenging and important in equal measure.
