Last week we hosted our final investor event of the year, a breakfast with sell-side analysts at the New York Stock Exchange. We took the opportunity to highlight our exceptional leadership team, spend time with our sell-side analyst partners and celebrate a year of tremendous progress. Our financial performance has been a hallmark of our company with the investment community for decades. In recent years, we’ve been on a modernization journey to further enhance our solid financial position, and we’re energized by the opportunities ahead as we continue to improve and grow. Thank you to our 20,000+ teammates for consistently embodying the dimensions of the Rollins Way—Heroic Impact, Essential Together, Be Remarkable—in everything they do.
Together with Sleep in Heavenly Peace, our teammates turned care into action and built 50 beds for kids who need a safe place to sleep. Moments like this show what it means to be remarkable at Rollins. Thank you to everyone who volunteered.
A couple of weeks ago, Rollins teammates volunteered at Hope Atlanta’s Women & Children Outreach Kitchen, an opportunity made possible through our “W+ Resource Community” Employee Resource Group. Together, they prepared, cooked, cleaned, served meals, and connected with women and children through conversation and a friendly (yet competitive) game of bingo. Thank you to Hope Atlanta for the critical work you do in our community, and to our teammates for showing up with heart and service.
Camp Twin Lakes’s dedication to ensuring children with special healthcare needs and life challenges are cared for is essential to our communities. Your work does not go unnoticed, and we are happy to have shared in a little bit of what you do daily! Thank you, Camp Twin Lakes, for all you do! And a special thank you to our teammates at Rollins for rallying together to assist with camp care kits and friendship bracelet assembly.
Rollins’ Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are important to us because they help our teammates find community within the workplace and drive positive career and business goals. The P.E.A.C.E ERG—Promoting Equality, Acceptance, and Cultural Empowerment—recently hosted an Around the World event for teammates to experience, learn about, and taste some treats from an array of cultures in one setting. The event was a success, fostering a sense of belonging and further establishing an intentional space for teammates to be themselves and embrace their culture. We wholeheartedly support and appreciate our ERGs and the incredible work they continue to do!
Our results for the second quarter reflect solid execution by our 20,000+ teammates and we are well-positioned to deliver strong results this year and going forward. We want to thank our teammates across Rollins for your steadfast commitment to exceptional and safe service for our customers.
Rollins proudly recognizes and celebrates June as Pride Month, a powerful reminder of the courage, resilience and advocacy that continues to shape the journey toward equality. We join in pride and allyship alongside our teammates as we remain committed to fostering a workplace where everyone feels seen, heard and valued. To kick off the month of celebrating together, our LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group showed up with PRIDE to the Front Runners Atlanta 5K run/walk event on June 1 at Piedmont Park. Happy Pride Month!
🏆 Congratulations to our Rollins teammates recognized as 2025 NPMA Impact Award recipients! Your leadership and contributions continue to make a difference in our industry and we’re proud to have you on our team!
This Women’s History Month, we celebrated “Women Who Break Barriers to Build Futures.” Our Senior Manager of Workplace Inclusion, Derrick Brown, interviewed incredible women across Rollins who inspire us all. 💻 We highlighted how Cybersecurity Analyst Amber Jimerson is using her passion to inspire generations by becoming a children’s book author who wrote a book on cybersecurity awareness. 🌟HomeTeam Director of Training Debbie Catka shared stories of resilience and the importance of relying on community to achieve success. 👩🏽🤝👩🏻We also hosted a panel discussion with Rollins leaders Gelair Butler, Clarissa Mitchell and Stormy White, who discussed the importance of cultivating unity among women. Women’s History Month may be ending, but at Rollins, we don’t just celebrate women during March. Our dedication to honoring and supporting women is year-round. Here's to empowering and standing with women, today and always!
During this Black History Month, we reflected on the profound impact of Invisible Changemakers, those whose efforts often go unseen yet drive success and innovation in our company and communities. This year’s theme, “African Americans and Labor,” inspired this celebration of the hard work that has sustained progress across generations. We shared inspiring insights from leaders, like Board of Director member Gregory Morrison, who spoke about creating opportunities in the workplace, and Northwest VP Randy Wilhite, who shared advice on mobility and progression in the Black community. Their stories emphasize the importance of determination and helping others succeed. At Rollins, we believe that every contribution matters. Each effort fuels innovation and growth in our workplaces and communities, whether seen or unseen. Even though Black History Month is coming to a close, we encourage you to continue recognizing and supporting the diverse talents and stories that shape our future.
