This #NationalMentoringMonth, we are proud to celebrate 11 new graduates from our Rocky McMichen Field Leadership Program! These dedicated craft professionals have completed 15 months of intensive training, combining classroom learning, hands-on experience, and mentorship to develop into tomorrow’s construction leaders. This marks our sixth graduating class since 2017, with 66 total program graduates to date. This program recognizes that leadership potential isn’t limited to construction management degrees, and it allows us to elevate industry talent while building diverse pathways to career advancement. “The Rocky McMichen Field Leadership Program has been one of the most impactful experiences of my career," said Superintendent Francisco Sanchez, a previous graduate who mentored one of this year's graduates. "It pushed me out of my comfort zone and taught me how to lead with confidence, clarity, and accountability.” Read more about what makes this program unique: bit.ly/48yG6WA Congratulations to all our graduates and mentors! 👏

Celebrating 40 years of dedication and leadership! Since 1986, General Superintendent Doug Peck has led more than 60 projects — several of which have been our most prolific. Along the way, he’s seen our company grow, our industry evolve, and our team members succeed. Doug shared some insights and a look back on his incredible journey with Robins & Morton in our latest Q&A: bit.ly/44WGSdM #NationalMentoringMonth
The relationship between Todd Robins and Barry Morton exemplified mentorship at its best, built on trust, respect, and shared purpose. What began as a summer job for Barry evolved into a lifelong partnership that shaped not only Barry’s career but the future of Robins & Morton. #NationalMentoringMonth during our 80th anniversary marks a time to reflect on their story and the importance of recognizing and igniting potential: bit.ly/4bOpNqq
🌶️ What a day in San Antonio! Our team competed at the ABC - South Texas Chapter Chili Cook-Off with great food, strong partnerships, and a shared passion for building community. Thank you to everyone who made it happen, and here’s to more moments that bring us together.
Our San Antonio team recently celebrated five years since we established an office in the Alamo City, and we were excited to welcome team members, clients, and partners to an open house at our new location. While we established a permanent presence in 2020, our dedication to San Antonio was decades in the making. Our first project in the area was at Southwest General Hospital more than 40 years ago, setting the stage for years of partnership and growth. Since then, we’ve delivered dozens of projects that have shaped the region’s healthcare landscape, building exceptional construction experiences for clients and partners alike. The office quickly became a hub for collaboration, innovation, and community engagement, allowing us to better serve our clients and expand our impact across South Texas. Now in our new space, we're excited to continue making a lasting, positive impact in our San Antonio community!
In recognition of Veterans Day last month, several of our teams spent some time hashtag#GivingWithPurpose to honor of those who served our country. Our North Carolina team members spent the day visiting with some local veterans, including a 100-year-old World War II veteran, at Pittsboro Christian Village. Our team had the opportunity to talk with them and help meet some of their practical needs. Meanwhile, our Dallas team volunteered at the Plano Flags of Honor, a field of over 1,000 American Flags that express gratitude to our veterans and first responders. Each flag tells the story of heroes whose lives were devoted in service to others, many of whom made the ultimate sacrifice. We're humbled by these opportunities to honor our heroes.
