Meet Efrain Herrera, a dedicated shop mechanic at our Southgate, CA location! Efrain brings valuable skill and focus to the Quality Repair Solutions shop floor, specializing in tank work. Since joining us, Efrain has confidently embraced the challenge of working on larger equipment with a positive attitude. In his words: "It’s been a very positive change for me because it’s bigger stuff, but it’s easier to manage.” Known for his strong work ethic, Efrain’s consistency and commitment have greatly impacted the team, thanks to his calm and efficient approach. Justin Wendt has been promoted to Supervisor - Billing. His role is evolving from being an individual contributor of billing to a leadership and team support role. Justin's proudest moment at QC so far was leading the truckmate billing system rollout for the billing team. Despite the system not working out, he found it rewarding to learn the system, develop billing procedures, and optimize it for the teams. Justin's biggest supporter has been Cameron Harbachuk, Sr. Director - Billing & A/R. Justin appreciates Cameron's willingness to share his knowledge and guide him to the right resources, which has significantly contributed to Justin's professional growth and job satisfaction at QC. Justin is excited about the modal billing team's growth. "I'm so excited to see the modal billing team growing. It was a solo journey for a long time, and then it was just myself and Brandon Gorse. Now, we are continuing to add great people to the process, like Benjamin Sadler and Louanne Keller, and hopefully more down the line as modal continues to grow," Justin shared. Drawing from his experience in kitchens, where communication was direct, the most valuable lesson Justin has learned in his journey to this promotion is understanding different communication styles to convey his ideas effectively.
