After leaving Parexel, Ryan Baranowski spent nine years building his expertise across the biopharma industry. Having returned, Ryan is now VP of Mid & Large Biopharma Accounts, but his return wasn't about chasing the next opportunity—it was about finding the right fit at the right time. What made him come back? "When I was previously at Parexel, there was a very comfortable feeling to the organization that was full of industry expertise and experience. I knew this is an organization I would always want to come back to when the opportunity and timing were aligned." Those nine years away gave Ryan a broader perspective on clinical research operations and sharpened his leadership skills. He brought all of that back with him—and today he's helping shape our commercial strategy as we work to accelerate life-changing treatments to patients. His advice to other alumni considering a return? Look for trust, respect, and genuine growth opportunity. If it feels natural and aligns with where you are in your career and life—trust your gut.
