In just two short years, Peter DeBartolo has proven how important communication is in B2B Sales. Data analysis can sometimes be tricky to translate into business value terms. Peter has become so proficient at doing this that his colleagues and our clients regularly comment on it. In 2023, he took on several large and complicated projects. For one account that needed tight alignment, he set up weekly updates to help with client communication. For another account that required reporting on 146 interviews conducted over a 90-day period, he set up dashboards to provide clear visibility for the client’s market leader in each region (US, APAC, EMEA, LATAM). He established a new research team and drove collaboration and pivots to deliver a comprehensive secondary research report, and he led a debrief session on ways to improve the process for the next project. And finally, Peter helped to develop new processes in HubSpot to drive greater efficiencies for our market research and sales development teams.
