We’re proud to be on TIME’s 2025 list of “America’s Best Midsize Companies” based on employee satisfaction, revenue growth and more. We owe our success to our people, and this recognition is a testament to our ongoing commitment to building and maintaining a culture that values a variety of perspectives, supports professional growth and empowers the next generation of leaders.
We’re proud to earn the top spot on Bloomberg Law’s inaugural “Leading Law Firms” list, which recognizes nearly 100 firms across the U.S. that have demonstrated financial strength, business strategy, talent, growth and innovation. This recognition reflects our unwavering commitment to continuous growth and delivering the highest quality service to our clients. As our Chairman Jon A. Ballis put it: “The key metric is simple: ‘Are we better today than we were yesterday?’ That’s how we measure our success.”
We’ve been the recent proud recipient of awards related to our pro bono work. Lawyers Joseph Loy, Shanti Sadtler Conway, Mark McLennan and Justin Taylor attended Immigration Equality’s 2025 Safe Haven Awards to accept the “Legacy Award” for our commitment to helping LGBTQ+ immigrants, while lawyers Magdalene Beck and Tierra L. Harper attended the Catholic Charities ILS Pro Bono Appreciation Event to accept the “Outstanding Pro Bono Partnership Award.”
