We’re excited to share that we have launched a new effort that brings together a volunteer group of residents in a market with their local leadership team for an open dialogue about ways to enhance our operations and performance as a company. Our inaugural Resident Advisory Panel was recently held in our South Florida market and we gained insightful feedback that is already helping us improve our service and the resident experience across all of our markets.
