Fuller reinstated the annual holiday party which proved to be a resounding success. The staff enjoyed exquisite cuisine, music courtesy of DJ Tony, a photobooth, door prizes, raffles, and a newly introduced traditions of a choreographed staff dance and announcement of our employee of the year. Congratulations to Nicole for earning the honor of employee of the year! A special thanks are extended to our service excellence engagement team for organizing this exceptional event.
In the lead-up to the holidays, our staff took part in several festive activities such as ugly sweater day, various department luncheons, wrapping presents for patients, and a staff dinner crafted by our culinary team. Thank you all for bringing in the cheer!
We are pleased to announce that Cassie, Lead Clinician for our Partial Hospitalization Program, has received the Employee of the Month award! Multiple members of Cassie's team nominated her for her outstanding work, citing her flexibility, leadership, and dedication to providing exceptional care. Her colleagues praised her for consistently demonstrating empathy, kindness, and a commitment to delivering top-notch care to patients and staff.
