This Veterans Day, FTI proudly honors the service and sacrifice of the many veterans within our organization and across the country. We can’t express enough how grateful we are for all you’ve given in service to our nation. To show our appreciation, FTI partnered with Troopster back in September to send 640 care packages to deployed service members in time for Veteran’s Day. Each box was thoughtfully packed by our employees and their families and accompanied by a handwritten letter of gratitude. These small but powerful gestures are not just as packages, but as meaningful reminders to those serving far from home that they are remembered, appreciated, and supported. Thank you again to our incredible employees, their families, and friends for making this effort possible. Your kindness brings comfort and connection to those who give so much for us. To all who have served, FTI wishes you a heartfelt Happy Veterans Day.
This month, FTI came together for a Troopster Packing Day, assembling care packages for deployed service members. We loved involving family, friends, and our communities in writing thank-you notes and, for the kids, completing coloring pages to show gratitude to our deployed troops. Each care package included a personal note and drawing, bringing comfort, connection, and reminding our troops they are appreciated and never forgotten. A huge thank you to all our employees and their families for contributing their time and creativity, and to Troopster for partnering with us. Together, we packed 640 care packages across our sites!
Thanks to the dedication and commitment of our employees, FTI successfully reached our August Step Challenge goal, raising $10,000 for Healing Warriors to provide resources and support to veteran mental health. This milestone also marks the conclusion of our Summer of Steps campaign, where employees came together across the summer to walk for wellness, friendly competition, and giving back. In June, our steps supported the Alzheimer’s Association, our donation funded research and care for those impacted by the disease. July’s donation provided back-to-school supplies for students in need, helping them start the school year with the tools to succeed. And in August, we closed out the season by stepping to provide support to veteran mental health. We’re proud of the energy, teamwork, and generosity shown throughout the summer, and grateful for everyone who participated. Together, we’ve turned steps into impact, supporting both personal wellness and the communities where we live and work.
"It really is a win-win scenario." FTI announced today the successful divestiture of its wholly owned subsidiary, FTI Services, to the subsidiary executives. “Divesting FTI Services allows us to further concentrate our resources on our core offerings, delivering innovative technology solutions to our government and intelligence customers and their end users, via our end-to-end digital data analytics platform and our technical expertise,” said FTI President and CEO Jose Hidalgo. “Additionally, it allows FTI Services the same focus to serve their commercial customer base. It really is a win-win scenario.”
“Jarrod’s leadership and proven track record of strategic planning, risk management and operational excellence will be an invaluable asset in helping us achieve FTI’s growth goals,” said Jose Hidalgo, FTI CEO. “His ability to scale capabilities, reduce cost, and make innovative contributions to support business development will be instrumental as we continue to evolve and grow our business.” We're delighted to welcome Jarrod Staller to the FTI executive team as our Chief Financial Officer.
Thanks to the incredible dedication and energy of our employees, we’re thrilled to share that FTI reached our July Step Challenge goal raising $15,000 to support local schools and organizations that provide back-to-school supplies to students in need! This step challenge is part of FTI’s greater Summer of Steps campaign, blending wellness, friendly competition, and giving back to different organizations each month of the summer. July’s initiative helped ensure that children who may not otherwise have access to essential supplies can start the school year with the tools they need to succeed. It’s one more way our team is stepping up, literally and figuratively, to support the communities where we live and work. As part of our expanded Summer Step Challenge, each month brings a new cause to champion. In August, we’re kicking off our final challenge of the season: stepping to support veteran mental health. Stay tuned as we continue walking, giving, and making an impact all thanks to our employees!
Thanks to the incredible participation from our employees, we’re excited to share that we reached our goal of raising $60,000 for the Alzheimer’s Association during our annual June Step Challenge! This beloved campaign blends wellness, friendly competition, and giving back, and it’s become a tradition we look forward to each year. We’re proud of our team for stepping up and making a difference. This year, FTI is extending our Step Challenge across the entire summer. Each month, our employees' steps will be converted into donation dollars for a new cause. In July, we’re excited to support local schools and organizations that provide school supplies to students in need, and in August, we’ll be stepping to support veteran mental health. Stay tuned for updates as we continue to step up and support our communities.
As our May All Be Fed campaign wraps up, we’re proud to reflect on the incredible impact made by our employees, their families, and friends throughout the month of May. For every employee who volunteered their time to support a soup kitchen or food bank, FTI made a donation to the organization they served—resulting in a total of $37,500 going directly to local food-assistance programs in the communities we call home. This effort is deeply meaningful to FTI and reflects our ongoing commitment to giving back. Thank you to everyone who showed up, gave their time, and helped make a difference for those experiencing food insecurity.
