New Service & Positions offered at Compass Health Network - statewide (Missouri) Nurses Needed! Compass is partnering with Easter Seals Midwest to offer Healthcare Home Services (care coordination services) for individuals diagnosed with a developmental disability. Missouri is the second state in the nation to offer this type of program. The program launched July 1st, 2024, and CHN is rolling out these services and positions one service area per quarter, starting in the eastern region/St. Louis-area. Once fully implemented, we will cover every county in Missouri. We are seeking caring & compassionate nurses, both LPN & RN, to join our mission to provide this vital care as Nurse Care Managers.
