Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) help turn workplace culture into community. The ERGs (Out Health, Mental Health, Parenthood, Black & African American, NextGen Professionals, and Mind Body Collective) give our team members opportunities to connect, learn, grow, and support one another. These groups create spaces where employees can share experiences, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to a culture of belonging. This Pride Month, we're proud to spotlight Out Health, our LGBTQIA+ ERG. While the group serves as a space for LGBTQIA+ employees to connect, it is open to everyone at Aeroflow. In fact, allies play an essential role in Out Health's mission. By listening, learning, participating in conversations, and advocating for inclusion, allies help foster a workplace where every employee feels valued, respected, and supported. Together, LGBTQIA+ employees and allies create a stronger, more connected community. Being an ally is more than a title; it's a commitment to showing up, seeking understanding, and using your voice to support others. The impact of inclusion grows when we all take part in building it. Thank you to the members and leaders of Out Health for helping create a workplace where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to be themselves every day. If a workplace where you can truly be yourself sounds like your kind of company, we have good news...we're hiring!
Aeroflow leaders recently attended the Blueprint Breakfast for Dinner, an event hosted by Asheville Area Habitat for Humanity, celebrating the power of stable, affordable housing and the impact it has on families and communities. The event brought together local leaders, chefs, musicians, and supporters to raise awareness and support for affordable housing initiatives in Western North Carolina. As one of Aeroflow's 2026 community partners, Asheville Area Habitat for Humanity is an organization we're proud to support. This event builds on an established relationship that included the dedication of an Aeroflow-sponsored Habitat home, where our CEO had the honor of helping present the keys to a local family. We believe thriving communities begin with strong foundations. We're grateful for opportunities to support organizations like Asheville Area Habitat for Humanity that are helping families achieve stability, security, and a place to call home.
Every organization faces change. The question is whether adaptability is built into the culture. In a recent Forbes Business Council article, Aeroflow Health CEO Casey Hite joined business leaders from across industries to share perspectives on building organizations that can adapt, innovate, and grow through change. For Casey, adaptability starts with listening to the people closest to the work and creating space for new ideas.
Entrepreneurship is at the heart of our story. Recently, we sponsored the Entrepreneur of the Year Award at the Asheville Area Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting. Ryan Bullock, our Chief Strategy Officer, had the opportunity to present the award to Alisia Parrott of Everyday Gourmet Catering, recognizing her entrepreneurial vision, leadership, and impact on our local business community. As a company founded in Asheville in 2001, we know firsthand the role entrepreneurs play in creating jobs, strengthening communities, and shaping the future of our region. Congratulations to Alisia and the entire Everyday Gourmet team, and thank you to the Asheville Area Chamber of Commerce for bringing our business community together to celebrate local leadership and innovation.
Through our Aeroflow Cares program, employees receive 16 hours of paid time off each year to volunteer for causes they care about and give back to their communities. We're proud to support volunteerism and community engagement in the communities we serve.
Friday was a special day for our team and our community. Through our partnership with Asheville Area Habitat for Humanity, we had the honor of welcoming the Haag family into their new home, a home made possible through the support of many hands, hearts, and community partners. We believe healthcare starts long before a doctor’s visit. Stable housing, safe environments, and strong communities all play a critical role in overall well-being. That’s why we’re proud to support partners like Habitat that create lasting impact for families in Western North Carolina. Congratulations to the Haag family on this exciting new chapter, and thank you to Asheville Habitat for the incredible work you do every day. We’re grateful to be part of it.
We’re proud to congratulate our Chief Strategy Officer, Ryan Bullock, on being named Chairman of the Board for the American Association for Homecare (AAHomecare). The work of AAHomecare is instrumental in supporting the HME industry and advocating for patients who rely on care in the home every day. We are excited to see Ryan help lead these efforts through this appointment.

Creating a culture where people want to show up takes intention, advocacy, and leadership that truly cares. Watch Shannon’s story.
A supportive workplace can make all the difference for working moms. Too often, something as basic as a dedicated, comfortable space is missing. Through our Pumping Room Makeover campaign, our Aeroflow Breastpumps team, in partnership with Medela, recently helped transform a former storage room at Lyons Farm Elementary in Durham, North Carolina into a safe space for working moms. Small, thoughtful investments improve wellbeing, retention, and dignity at work. Providing educators and staff with a private, comfortable space to pump isn't just a perk. It’s a necessity for supporting moms at work.
Last week, we were proud to sponsor the Asheville Area Chamber of Commerce WomanUp event, bringing together women in business to connect, learn, and support one another. As one of the primary sponsors, we were proud to have Meredith Smiley, Learning & Development Director at Aeroflow Health, represent our team on stage, sharing insights with a room full of leaders and professionals from across our community. The WomanUp event highlights the importance of investing in spaces where women can grow their networks and continue advancing in their careers. Grateful to be part of a community that prioritizes connection, mentorship, and leadership.
