The International Olympic Committee (IOC) is the guardian of the Olympic Games and the leader of the Olympic Movement. A truly global organisation, it acts as a catalyst for collaboration between all Olympic stakeholders, including the athletes, the National Olympic Committees (NOCs), the International Sports Federations (IFs), Organising Committees for the Olympic Games, the Worldwide Olympic Partners and Media Rights-Holders. It also works with public and private authorities, including the United Nations and other international organisations.

This position sits within the Legal Affairs function, and its core mission is to assist the IP Division on topics related to enforcement and brand protection matters.
Key responsibilities
Acting in close cooperation with other members of the IP Division or Legal Function, other IOC business units, Organising Committees and other members of the Olympic Movement, the Trainee assists on various IP related matters.
More specifically:
The trainee selected for this role will have an opportunity to collaborate with other than IP Rights protection related matters, such as assisting in the negotiation, drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents and contracts for the broader Intellectual Property Division.
