As Head of Accounting & Finance, you will be the central finance specialist for all companies — from fashion operations to real estate projects.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall responsibility for finance and accounting for all group companies in Switzerland, Germany and Italy
- Preparation of consolidated annual financial statements (Swiss GAAP / Swiss Code of Obligations) as well as periodic interim financial statements
- Liquidity and cash flow management, as well as optimization of the group-wide financial structure
- Budget planning, forecasting and business controlling across all business areas
- Tax matters: VAT returns, tax declarations and tax optimization for all companies
- Management reporting to the CEO and Board of Directors — precise, digital and decision-ready
- Interface with banks, auditors, tax advisors and authorities in several countries
- Introduction and further development of digital finance tools and ERP systems
- Responsibility for payroll and social insurance settlements for all group companies (AHV/SUVA/BVG/UVG as well as German/Italian equivalents)
- Leadership, coaching and development of the Finance team
WHAT YOU BRING
- Higher qualification in finance and accounting (University of Applied Sciences degree, certified expert in accounting & controlling, CAS/MAS Finance) or equivalent practical experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience in finance, ideally within an international holding or group structure
- Experience with digital accounting and ERP systems, such as Abacus, D365, DATEV or similar
- Advantageous: knowledge of tax and social insurance law in Germany and/or Italy
- Understanding of diverse business models — from e-commerce and retail to real estate and construction management
- Confident user of MS 365 / Excel; affinity for digital tools and process automation
- Excellent written and spoken German skills (C2); fluent communication in English is expected as Labaxetta AG operates internationally.
- Additional languages, especially Italian or French, are a clear advantage
