      - Amazing colleagues overall - A very cool office in the middle of Zurich with plenty of amenities and a barista coffee machine! - On average leadership provides guidance without micromanaging - Very cool topic, you meet a lot of interesting people working for a very interesting subject - Allows to buy up to two weeks of holidays

      - Open space office might not be for everybody - Salary is good, but you can find better as data scientist - Sometimes a lot of travel is required. Has its perks but also can be stressing if it accumulates
