Pros
Campus is good, and if you get placed into a good tech stack, you'll learn the skills needed for a good job in the future. Its also good for experienced people, as they can work like a government employee and clock-in and out, but also contribute quite a bit.
Kontras
Not good for freshers. Benched for half my tenure. Trainers aren't the best, and no chance to grow. Pay is also very low.
