The PF management is aware of the fatigue and burnout that employees experience when they work for large amounts of time. This is why the management regularly arranges local and international tours for the staff so that they can take a break and get refreshed after their hectic routine. PF has arranged trips to Kashmir, Nathia Gali, Swat, Naran locally and Dubai, Turkey, and France internationally. Once you get back, you are more relaxed and motivated to persue your ambitions and goals. If you love travelling like me, then PF is where you want to end up.

I have been a part of PF for about 3 years now. Since I am from Multan, I used to live in a hostel. When I got married, the HR dept notified me that because it was the beginning of a new chapter in my life, the company wanted to get me an accomodation on rent for my family. Now, I am comfortably living in Lahore with my family. I shall forever remain grateful to PF for this favor.
