We ship new products often and it's exciting to have your friends and family know and use the stuff we're building each day. They also go above and beyond on food, events, and offsites to make sure you feel included and valued.

Like a lot of other rapidly growing companies, things are always breaking which means lots of fire drills. Sometimes called back into work via Slack and work long hours if something is broken or users are upset about a promo gone wrong. It can be a drain as we're constantly shipping and not a lot communicated to everyone proactively. So you're constantly trying to get up to speed on the latest bugs or features.
