Pros

The healthiest environment I've worked in. People actually value your mental health and your life outside of work, The work is interesting and varied. It's challenging, often needing to learn new skills or try new things. The engineering team focus on staying humble (no problematic rock stars) and operating a no blame culture. With culture, the company is small and open enough that you can raise any issue you have directly, without fear of backlash (not something I've experienced elsewhere).

Kontras

It's still a young developing company, so sometimes things are scrappy or processes don't exist yet. Which can be frustrating. But you get to help build them, which is a nice flip side. Focus can change quite quickly, which can be demoralising. But I can see that leadership are working to improve this based on feedback.
