Great product & people. Even though CX is still widely regarded as a "nice to have" zenloop is really solving what they call "the action gap" - the disconnect between customer thoughts and feedback and taking action based on the feedback gathered.

No go to market strategy for new/international markets Heavy focus on DACH and therefore only success in that market Disconnected and questionable leadership Not living up to their cultural standards Great employers display their greatness in times of crisis - zenloop can't live up to those standards especially during difficult periods.
