Pros
The team are nice and friendly and you can wear casual clothes the product is interesting and quite unique to the market. The team often get to fly out to the head office in Germany that is bigger with a great culture and bohemian environment. Unfortunately this made me feel worse for working in the London office where the environment is far from satisfactory and I'm actually not sure it meets health and safety requirements for an office.
Kontras
The UK Managing Director does not seem to have much experience managing a team or business. His moods dictated the atmosphere in the office and often he would have outbursts of anger at the team and bring negativity to the team. There is also no cohesion between different employees - it is a dictatorship style of management where only the MD's opinion matters. There are also absolutely no financial perks to working at i.CONECT 360 Degrees UK Ltd. If you have any expenses for work related spending you often wait months to get it back/ if at all. You also get a low basic salary with commission (which you are often not given). There is no pension at all and no other benefits.
