They truly care about the happiness of their employees. It's a really relaxed and calm environment, even though the work we do can be fast-paced. Especially I would like to talking about our CEO, he is very friendly, and he always mingled with employees when he usually visits the office. Good work culture (One of the best places to work). Friendly Management. Easily approachable. I have always felt like it is family (vSplash family). If I got any chance to work with them in the future, I will happily accept it.
