They give lot of importance for DESIGN in their applications. I worked there for about 2 years and learned a lot of things in mobile app design. They are very particular about the quality of apps and their user interface and user experience. If you are in UI/UX then you can learn lot here.

Work life balance has to change. When I joined there was no joining bonus, but you can get relocation bonus. Only few benefits for employees.
