Pros

Pay is ok, but don't expect to get a raise. All money earned by your work will go to the top execs at Omnicom/Flywheel. When the CEO makes $20M per year, you can expect to maintain a static salary for 7-8 years

Kontras

You will be a factory worker number. There is no culture or identity. You work in a drab setting in Irving next to the airport. You will be drained of life and inspiration. They monitor your every move with your company provided laptop. They track you. Miss a day and you could be fired...without severance. You work for omnicom/flywheel. If they can save 5% by moving your job to India where creatives get paid 1/10th of US workers, they will fire you and do that instantly. Out sourcing creative roles is their plan to elevate profits for stockholders and big investors. TPN has leadership primarily cares of profits and appeasing Omnicom leadership. You are expendable.

The people who work here are very seasoned and know how to do the work well. Learn to make connections and get good with the legends here.

Kontras

The office could use a face lift to make it more inviting and inspiring. It just seems dead.
