      Team - Great professionals. We get stuff done without much fuss, even when we don't know everything. Flexibility - Flexible hours, and having a life is not a problem. Projects - Our daily tasks are standard, but we also work on exciting side projects and explore new ideas.

      Processes - Given the size and age of the company some things or processes are not there yet, or don't work as you might expect. Hardware - We get reimbursement for software tools. But hardware is our responsibility. This leads to many different setups across teams and sometimes causes unnecessary issues.
