      Pros

      Colleagues are smart, accountable, proactive, and make impactful contributions. I feel my pay is fair, the benefits are great, and I have an adequate amount of holiday in line with industry norms. Our solutions are competitive and we win business while receiving excellent customer feedback/praise. All in all, I am very pleased I chose to come work at Telent.

      Our brand recognition isn't stellar despite the broad reach of our solutions in daily life. People almost never recognise "Telent" as a name, I usually have to mention Telent's past branding. Internal IT systems are a bit disjointed at times, so I rely on my browser password manager a lot. With onboarding, I did need to figure out some IT related things on the fly and was expected to ask for permission to have accounts in key systems, rather than having those things set up for me (or even just being given a comprehensive list of IT things I needed to set up).

      Pros

      Coming into my eighth year at telent, I have thoroughly enjoyed working here and couldn’t praise the company enough, they have supported me from serious family issues and my career has continually progressed, they have helped me develop myself and I am still being encouraged and trained to continue to improve which I feel I am doing, I feel a true loyalty to the company and the team I work within
