      Communication between departments and supporting functions is non-existent. No support, line managers willing and able to sacrifice team member's for gain No accountability or ambition to push forward project objectives

      Coming into my eighth year at telent, I have thoroughly enjoyed working here and couldn’t praise the company enough, they have supported me from serious family issues and my career has continually progressed, they have helped me develop myself and I am still being encouraged and trained to continue to improve which I feel I am doing, I feel a true loyalty to the company and the team I work within
