Pros

None really. Once you are in, the work just gets dumped on you so that you can't give a quality service. It's soul destroying

Kontras

Too much work leads to poor quality outcomes. Contact micromanaging, harassing clients, way too much admin and senseless red tape. Learners have more than 5 assessors in a year, they get demotivated and assessors picking them up get all the flack from the learners and are expected to miraculously progress these poor learners that have lost the will to live. There is no work life balance.

Pros

I am finally at a place where I can wake up every morning excited to work. I love how family oriented this company is and how well everyone works as a team. At the end of the day, we all want to succeed! There is room for growth within this company and they are very flexible.

Pros

Good sales starting point, for an opportunity to progress elsewhere.

Micromanagement to the bone, no open windows....everyone gets sick. Constant reminder that you aren't doing enough. You'll get sacked for being ill, but also told if you can't give 100%, you should not be in work.
