nothing really. They can upgrade the office area. Some more benefits would be good.

I never feel i am working in an office, the environment and work culture is very friendly. Always surrounded by passionate people having hunger to learn and explore. Motivates new talent and gives opportunity to learn and learn and learn.Senior management is totally supportive and helps in all aspects.Totally happy and satisfied.

Though I believe that there is always room for improvement in anything. But thinking of things to improve here it becomes so difficult because all you see around is Positive and goody. But may be being a small company we don't have cab facility and so thinking of having one in future for people coming from far would be another feather in the cap.
