The Executives are focusing on earn-outs whilst the employees are doing their best with minimal support. The compensation culture is not to pay rather than it being an incentive. Several members of the global Salesforce are owed large bonuses some over many months with little information as to when or if it will be paid. Inter-company structural issues are passed to the junior members of the team by executives to fix, without the ability to be successful.
