Bad management, too many managers on overhead and not doing much to grow and diversify the business. There was a blatant show of favoritism shown to certain employees. Company didn't keep promises on compensation and management were not very straightforward regarding jobs and opportunities. The organization was very cliquey in its dealing with employees.
