Fully remote setup which offers genuine flexibility and a good work-life balance. The tech stack is modern and well thought out, giving you the tools you need to do your job effectively. At a peer level, the people are genuinely warm and helpful. Most colleagues go out of their way to support each other and there is a real sense of camaraderie among the team despite the remote environment.

Senior leadership operates without accountability. Public criticism of team members in meetings is common, often delivered with aggressive language and unprofessional conduct. Racially charged comments are made openly and dismissed as humour. This creates an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment, particularly for international employees and those from diverse backgrounds. There is no HR function in place to raise concerns or seek support, which means there is no internal channel for employees experiencing this behaviour. The role itself has potential but the culture starts at the top, and until that changes, it is difficult to recommend this company to anyone who values a respectful and inclusive workplace.
