I have seen no cons here. everything here is best.

You can have a lot of perks like internet charges, mobile packages, dinners, and fuel allowances, etc. You can have annual leaves after the completion of the year and side by side you can have different leaves like sick leaves and casual leaves and working from home is my favorite. The most important thing is that they offer a friendly environment and cooperative nature to their employees where they can learn and give their full dedication. Your problems are heard and solved by management on an early basis. So, it's a complete mixture of amazing people with friendly behaviour.
