- Micromanaging like you'd never believe. They place key executives in different parts of the office to ensure that eyes are always on you. They will open up conversation with phrases meant to display false care, but really they are just trying to get information out of you. This micromanaging is done senselessly, as in, they have no idea how they want to organize the data they want you to collect, or how to report your work! Which brings me to my next point. - I think they misunderstood what it means to have a "dynamic workplace" instead, prepare for your outlined responsibilities and tasks to be changed at their whim, whenever they feel like it. Different managers that evidently don't share the same vision will tell you to not do what the other manager requested; this place is a zoo and with all the scheming and drama it feels like high school...which brings me to the next issue. - Lying. Everyone here will lie to you and you just have to play the game. You'll lie to make managers and the egotistical President feel good about themselves because they cannot take ANY criticism (see negative review responses below), and they will lie to you about everything from certain tasks that are illegal to ask of you being okay, to false raises and promotions down the line, lying about your numbers to make themselves look better, misconstruing data to make you appear to not be doing enough so they can give you more work, never expect a real opinion or any feedback, they will smile to your face and talk behind your back because this is...good management fostering a strong and confident staff through growth initiatives? Still can't figure out what the President's angle is because frankly, any moron can see this is not how to run a company. - The egotism. Just read below to see the President responding to all the negative reviews and that alone can validate what I've stated here. by the way, you won't go that far if you're not Turkish. In my years at MTS I saw people drop like flies and it was the strangest thing because NO ONE would talk about them. You more or less stopped existing once you were gone and it happened a lot. Because of such a high turnover rate they treat employees like garbage (yeah why fix a problem when you can simply enable it?) and know you are going to be gone in a year or two so why should they care? - Frankly unless you're in dire need of a job just stay away. They will not pay you NEARLY enough to put up with their nonsense and oh, haha I almost forgot to talk about their antiquated salary structure. For positions that could earn commission as they would in ANY other modern company here you'd get base + bonus so if you leave early, they never have to pay you for your great work. - Last bits, there is no onboarding process, just figure it out, there is no clear organization to figuring out your benefits, days off, who to report to, what the structure is, it's like high school, once again. You learn from other students in the class what to do and not do so you can smile and get by even if you have no idea what is going on.
