With instability comes opportunity. But you would have to take on big responsibilities without support from the new and less experienced team. If you're good at video tech you might want to take the risk.

So many! Business processes have been shaken and many important personnel removed. To put this into perspective, ~60% of staff was forced to leave or quit since June 2020! The new management came with no strategy or skills. Worse, they mistrusted everyone and lost the trust of the remaining employees. Everyone up top is playing politics instead of doing real work. The remaining hardworking employees are overwhelmed with the leftover work and most of them plan to leave.
