Great work life balance, good pay and insurance. The remote aspect is nice with no micromanagement. Work is easy and training is thorough.

No real upward movement, only false promises of growth. Constant layoffs, they will tell you to your face that your job is secure and there is nothing to worry about out, until they decide otherwise and lay you off.
