- Talented co-workers - Remote work opportunity - Good product

Kontras

- Management dramatically lacked soft skills and was unable to provide timely feedback, leading to numerous misunderstandings at work. Management's tone of communication was disrespectful and distrustful (for no apparent reason), creating an anxious and uncomfortable working environment. - Can be hard to align with teams working in more than one time zone.

Sometimes, due to several challenges like different time zones and working remotely for a global company etc., communication can be challenging. - Schlechte Kommunikation zwischen internationalen Teams - Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit war schwer zu organisieren - Schwierige Manager (sie hören den Mitarbeitern nicht zu und berücksichtigen nicht die Auswirkungen ihrer Entscheidungen) - Transparenz
