Initially compensation (during the recruitment phase), but once they pull back the curtain, then you realize that no matter how much money they throw at you, it's not worth it.

So many...the Chief Sales Officer, Greg Peel is a bully. I have witnessed first-hand him berating folks that report into him and the rank and file field sales reps. Peel will recruit you with higher compensation and so-called "great culture". Only when you join the organization do the truly understand what you signed up for. Peel is the epicenter of why there is massive turnover. Recently there was a massive round of layoffs. If you think being over plan would have saved you, you're wrong. They laid people off to save money. Those with high wages were targeted. So many people voice these same concerns amongst themselves but are afraid to be vocal for fear of reprisal. There are people actively interviewing and so they should. This place is most toxic work environment I have ever been a part of. They are imploding.
