Pros
It's a good place to start and learn if you're just graduated or are still in the college. You can be exposed to different sides of the business and learn something unique. It's also fairly easy to get through interviews. Overtimes are rare.
Kontras
This is not the place for specialists with experience or someone seeking to build a career. Due to low entry level, company lacks professionals and it's nearly impossible to learn and grow. Project planning and management are quite poor. People seem to be stressed out by dealing with several projects at the same time, so overall progress is slow and usually projects don't meet deadlines. Lying is a normal practice and it makes the environment poisonous.
