Fairly flexible if you needed time away or off from the job and ability to makeup the time missed from work.

Poor pay, not very sharp with comparables, leadership lacking. Lack of communication, poor training of co-workers for their job needs. Did I say lack of proper payscale? All the unpaid overtime you could eat.
