No Bonus for Junior 30 Minutes or Super Junior Classes - Consultant bei iTutorGroup: Mitarbeiterbewertung

This company has now found a way to cheat consultants. They have now reduced the bonus rate for junior 30 minutes class to 40% of the $7.50 base rate. What is even worse, consultants teaching these classes will only receive the 40% bonus if clients give ratings of 10. Now mind you, it is not in this company's interest for clients to rate consultants. No ratings mean more money for them. There are even complaints here that consultants from North America are paid higher base rates. Isn't this a discriminatory to say the least?
