This is one of the most toxic workplaces I have experienced. The environment is hostile, stressful, and mentally exhausting. Leadership, especially at the top, creates a culture of fear where employees are regularly criticized, singled out, and humiliated in front of others. There are serious concerns about how female employees are treated, with behavior that often feels inappropriate and deeply uncomfortable, including mental harassment. Instead of support or professionalism, there is intimidation and a clear abuse of power. Job security is practically nonexistent, and decisions often seem arbitrary. Employees are made to feel disposable, and speaking up can make the situation worse. There is also reason to question the authenticity of some positive reviews, as they do not reflect the reality experienced by many employees. Overall, this company fosters a damaging work environment where respect, safety, and fairness are lacking. I would strongly caution anyone, especially women, before considering joining. If you are a female and reading this, run away from this company. The top management’s behavior toward women is deeply concerning and creates an unsafe and uncomfortable work environment.

The team is talented, the work is meaningful, and you get real exposure to projects that actually matter, Management encourages ownership, which is great… because you’ll definitely get plenty of it, whether you asked for it or not. Deadlines can be exciting (read: occasionally tight), but that also keeps things interesting and pushes you to level up quickly. The culture is flexible and people are generally supportive. You won’t feel micromanaged, but you’re expected to manage yourself well and use company time wisely—which is fair, I guess 😄
