They do not care about anyone in the company that is actually working with the general public. They pay is so horrible that you wonder why they. Took away any and all incentives. When they took the monthly bonuses away they litterally started the meeting informing us of this aand I quote” we here at nsa brands have come to the realization we are paying you all to much” but we appreciate all you do. In what planet does a company take away the incentive to go above and beyond away and think that your going to give the same as before. I don’t make much an hour but when you add the bonus in it can sure make up a lot of the pay you lose a hourly . They don’t care who they let work there.
