Low level work, high mid management turnover/rotation. Overall the company is very management heavy. Every manager has different expectations, so their is some clamoring for people to move around to get under the more reasonable managers.. Some people are still coasting because of their relationships. Managers with superiority complexes. wrong people being rewarded. No stock options, or profit sharing options available to non executive level employees.
